We want you to love your Pooky pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for any item that doesn't perfectly suit your home. All returns must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the lighting fixtures or accessories you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all shades and components are securely protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized collection point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
